Collaboration with Lunar Strategy

In 2024, DappRadar DAO engaged Lunar Strategy, a Web3 marketing agency, after their proposal was approved by the community. This collaboration primarily focused on KOL marketing and paid PR efforts, promoting:

  • RADAR token

  • PRO Membership

  • Airdrop Explorer

  • Quests

  • DappLaunch

This partnership marked the DAO’s first engagement with a Web3 marketing agency through a DAO proposal. Lunar Strategy also became a strategic partner in DappLaunch, locking the RADAR tokens they earned for marketing services to secure a position in the selection committee.

While PR efforts yielded positive results, the overall campaign did not meet initial expectations due to several factors:

  • Lack of clear KPIs: Measuring impact solely through impressions was insufficient.

  • Rapid launch with inadequate preparation, affecting coordination.

  • Absence of a structured communications roadmap, leading to inconsistent messaging over four months.

  • Difficulties in finding high-impact KOLs with real organic reach.
